Each session is intuitively guided in the same way as in-person Reiki and may include distance energy work, grounding, and energetic clearing based on your needs. You will receive a follow-up with any intuitive insights that come through during the session.

A supportive blend of Hypnotherapy and Reiki designed to encourage deep relaxation and positive subconscious change. This combination helps calm the nervous system while gently guiding you into a receptive, focused state.
Each session begins with Reiki to help you feel relaxed and at ease. From this state of calm, hypnotherapy is used to explore and support the shifts or intentions you wish to work on. This is a collaborative process, and your intention will be discussed before the session begins. Suggestions given during hypnotherapy are designed to support positive change and can be reinforced by you after the session as needed.
This session may support anxiety, fears and phobias, emotional patterns, confidence, habit change, pregnancy preparation, and general life transitions.

Reiki Channeled Healing and Spirit Messages
(In-Person or Remote)
A deeply intuitive healing session that combines channeled energy and spiritual messages. This is not a psychic reading and does not involve answering specific questions, but rather a healing-focused experience where messages may naturally arise as part of the energetic process.
During the session, intuitive guidance comes through in the form of automatic writing. You will then receive channeled healing, either hands-on (in-person) or distance Reiki (remote), to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and deep relaxation.
Guides that may be channeled during your session include Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Gaia, Mary Magdalene, Triple Goddess, and other healing-vibration energies aligned with love and restoration.
